Many sites are over 80′ long, pull-through and have FULL hookups!

Open year round. Even during the winter season the Clubhouse is Open for Restrooms, Showers, Laundry & Game Room.

Monthly rates start at $800 for full hook-up sites + electric. We ARE open ALL Year!

*Dump Station available at no extra charge

*Credit card is required to hold reservations

Each site includes a Picnic Table and Fire Ring

Our Park is truly Big Rig Friendly (Take a Virtual Tour)

Spacious sites: Many are pull-throughs with gravel, full hookups and include 30/50 amp service

Sites in the 200s & 300s rows are gravel, 80-95 feet long to accomodate ANY size Camper, RV, Motorcoach and Trailer setup

Water/ 30 amp Electric only sites are grass

WiFi is fast and free at every site including the Clubhouse!

Excellent cell phone service throughout the Park with Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile

Bring your bikes! We’re just across the street and over 4 buildings to the Knox & Kane Rail Trail. Bike to the Kinzua Bridge State Park!
